Running isn't easy. Sometimes it can be downright mean. Like much in life, it is a process with ebbs and flows. Good days and bad. 

I want to give you the tools and guidance you need to reach your running and fitness goals with the strongest mindset possible.

What to expect.

An experienced and enthusiastic run coach to create a training plan tailored to your specific goals, needs, and background. A partner in your success who wants to see you achieve your full potential. 

Training any distance up to a full marathon. New runners welcome.

Options.

  • Custom and detailed training plan ONLY
    • 12,16, and 20 week options with a customizable timeline available as well 
    • No plan adjustments
    • Limited email contact

Or, the above with:

  • Regular accountability and motivation
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Unlimited email/text contact
  • Plan adjustments, as needed
