Running isn't easy. Sometimes it can be downright mean. Like much in life, it is a process with ebbs and flows. Good days and bad.
Through hands on coaching, I will help you to reach and surpass your running goals with the strongest mindset possible. I also want to make this process as simple as possible.
What to expect.
30 minute initial consultation (via phone or Zoom video call)
An experienced and enthusiastic run coach
A partner in your success who wants to see you achieve your full potential; but also requires you to work hard, and find your independent strength
A training plan tailored to your specific goals, needs, and background
An online support group for accountability
Supplement and macro recommendations (Not a certified nutritionist or RD!)
Weekly check-in and email access
Ability to tweak plans as needed
Training any distance up to a full marathon. New runners welcome and encouraged.
How It Works.

Once that is filled out, we will schedule an initial chat to discuss you goals, philosophies, and see if we’re a good fit for each other. Ideally, we’ll put ourselves on the same path and create a map to your success as a runner.
